Rachel Warrich
MFT-IT
Rachel enjoys working with individuals and couples who seek therapy for a wide variety of concerns. She strives to provide a warm, disarming, and compassionate environment to gently hold vulnerabilities and support personal evolution. She views therapy as a collaborative journey and is honored to walk beside you as you discover new perspectives and experience new pathways. Practicing primarily through a humanistic lens, she believes that you are the expert in your own life. Her goal is to help you identify and clear obstacles blocking your innate capacity to heal.
She draws inspiration for her therapeutic practice from a broad array of interests, including neuroscience, botany, and various forms of movement and art. Observation of the natural world has contributed greatly to her therapeutic approach, shaping her understanding of the human experience and the patterns and systems that keep us all connected.
Rachel weaves a variety of evidence-based frameworks into her work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support your ability to manage difficult thoughts and emotions so that you can design a life that aligns with your deepest values, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to promote self-awareness and skillfulness in connecting with others, leading to more rewarding relationships.
Rachel’s practice is LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming, warmly welcoming individuals and couples who think outside conventional norms and live creatively. Rachel prioritizes exploring your contextual framework by honoring the familial, societal, and cultural dynamics that shape your daily life. She will take time to understand your unique way of seeing the world and collaborate with you to create a therapeutic path that is beneficial and aligned with your goals.
