We are seeking a licensed mental health professional and/or a QTT with experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a clinical setting. Priority consideration will be given to those who are experienced and interested in working with children.   The ideal candidate is creative, experienced in working with a variety of populations, and able to be flexible in their approach to working with clients. We offer a full-service DBT program and are committed to providing effective and compassionate treatment for those who have experienced trauma across the lifespan.

We are currently providing services to the community in person and via a HIPPA compliant virtual platform. For in person services we share space in our beautifully apportioned facilities on the west side of Madison. All facilities are security locked, on bus lines, and offer off-street parking.

• An ideal candidate will be innovative, able to self-direct, and work well within an interdisciplinary team model.
• We are currently accepting applications for full-time positions (at least 25-30 client hours per week). This position may be performed remotely, however, a Wisconsin license is required.
• For fully licensed positions (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) we offer a generous fee-splitting arrangement and are credentialed with most major insurance companies.
• For QTT (CAPSW, LPC-IT) we offer an hourly wage as well as individual and group supervision opportunities.
• We offer flexible scheduling, an electronic health record and full-service practice management.
