Jennifer Ebbott, LCSW
Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor
Jennifer Ebbott, LCSW, is a seasoned psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s complexities. She currently works with adolescents and adults in both individual and group therapy, offering a grounded, integrative approach informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and Feminist Therapy.
Jennifer is known for her mindful, compassionate, and deeply client-centered style. She creates inclusive, nonjudgmental spaces where clients can explore emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, identity development, and trauma recovery at their own pace. Her work is especially attuned to the role of self-compassion, internal systems, and early relational patterns in healing.
She brings a wealth of experience from inpatient and outpatient settings, and has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across the lifespan. This breadth of experience gives her a strong foundation in developmental needs and systemic dynamics, both of which inform her clinical work today.
As a clinical supervisor, Jennifer is committed to fostering growth, confidence, and ethical reflection in emerging therapists, drawing on decades of clinical experience and a collaborative, strengths-based philosophy.
She believes that meaningful change begins with understanding and self-compassion—and that healing is most powerful in connection.
