LCSW

Jen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing and supervising psychotherapy. Jen takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach and  believes people have the inner resources to find the power to heal and grow; she feels grateful for every person who she has walked with as a part of their change process.

Jen practices several different models of therapy  which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy and Couples work. Jen enjoys working with people who are experiencing situational stress as well as people who have more severe or persistent mental health needs. Anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, shame, guilt, relationship struggles, transitions, personal development goals, addiction, bipolar disorders, and  psychosis are some examples of topics Jen approaches with competence and compassion.

Jen believes in that the strength of the therapeutic relationship correlates with goal achievement in therapy and therefore seeks feedback from and collaboration with the individuals, families and couples she works with.

Jen is not currently accepting new clients.
