OPEN DOOR Center for Change, LLC is seeking licensed mental health candidates with experience working with children, adolescent and adult mental health services. The ideal candidate is creative, experienced in working with a variety of populations, and able to be flexible in their approach to working with clients. We offer a full-service DBT program and preference would be given to those who are already familiar with this modality. In addition, we are eager to find professionals who are dedicated to working with people who have experienced trauma across the life span.
We are currently seeking applications for full-time positions. We are looking for individuals with at least three years of experience in the outpatient setting and independent licensure in the State of Wisconsin. We seek someone who is innovative, able to self-direct, and works well within an interdisciplinary team model. We offer flexible scheduling, an electronic health record, full-service practice management and a generous fee-splitting arrangement. Successful candidates will share space in our beautifully appointed facilities on the east or west side of Madison. All facilities are security locked, on bus lines, and offer off-street parking.
