What: Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga paired with Somatic Experiencing and DBT skill integration
Target population and skills: CCS clients with desire to use movement, breath work, mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and DBT to regulate mood, and create a sense of physical and mental wellness.

Description: Join Maureen for trauma informed yoga classes integrated with Somatic Experiencing and DBT skills. Each week participants will strengthen, lengthen, and relax muscles through restorative, yin, and flow yoga. Somatic Experiencing and DBT techniques will be introduced and explored to learn how to identify, experience, and manage thoughts, sensations, and emotions effectively on and off the mat.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat.
Enrollment is rolling.
Minimum registered 7. Maximum 10.
Service Facilitators: 1.5 hours ISDE must be approved in module by the Friday prior to your client’s first class the following week.
