Shayne is a compassionate, somatically informed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma and relationship work. She works with individuals, couples, and families (adolescents and adults alike) creating a safe, empathetic space for growth and healing.
Shayne has extensive experience supporting clients with trauma, including complex and developmental trauma, and utilizes EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to facilitate deep, transformative healing. She also works with individuals navigating eating disorders, addressing the intricate connections between trauma, attachment, and body-based coping.
In relationship work, Shayne draws from Gottman Therapy, Imago Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. By integrating evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, Trauma-Informed CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Shayne tailors treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
