Tyler Douglas
Service Facilitator
Tyler Douglas is a Service Facilitator at Open Door Center for Change. He began working at Open Door in 2021 and has been working in the mental health field for the past four years. Tyler has a strong passion for helping people and received his bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UW-Whitewater. He is currently working on his master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Kentucky. In his role, Tyler uses strength-based approaches and is a part of DBT groups. He enjoys working with all kinds of people and helping them achieve their goals.
In his time at Open Door Center for Change, Tyler has worked with individuals, families, and groups, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their goals. He has a strong belief in the potential of every person to grow and change, and he works to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for his clients. Tyler is committed to ongoing learning and professional development and regularly attends trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in the field.
