Amanda Boerboom

Amanda Boerboom (she/her) is a graduate student at UW-Superior in Counseling-Clinical Mental Health as well as a trauma-informed coach, yoga instructor, licensed educator, and group facilitator. She is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward greater self-awareness and healing. Using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, Amanda integrates modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, embodiment practices, somatic parts work (IFS), breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation strategies to help clients overcome limiting beliefs and behavior patterns.
Amanda is passionate about supporting clients to reconnect with their inherent wisdom, build resilience, and develop new skills for thriving in their fullest expression. She collaborates with clients to co-create a path toward self-love, safety, acceptance, and authentic power. Her work focuses on fostering resilience, vitality, and integrated living, empowering clients to embrace joy, pleasure, and personal growth.
Certified in VITA Coaching, Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Group Facilitation, yoga instruction and currently a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training (SEP-IT), Amanda offers a holistic approach that supports clients in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
